Doing England Proud: U-19 European Championship Update

Following the progress of James Tomkins and Freddie Sears has seen them this year picked for the provisional England U-19 team, then picked for the full U-19 squad to travel to the European Championships in the Czech Republic.

The next stage has seen them unfortunately lose the opening game of the Championships 2-0 to the tournament hosts.

They both featured in the game, and put in good performances.

The England side face Italy in their next game, needing a win to see them face their final game with a chance of progressing to the next stage.

Updates will follow
